The Windows 7 Install is no different than it is for Vista or XP, so please use the Installation steps on the left.

You do have an another option:  If you have a PIV II compliant CAC [back shows: "Gemalto TOP DL GX4 144" (see sample below) or "Oberthur ID One 128 v5.5 Dual" or "Oberthur ID One 5.2a" at the top above the magnetic strip] and since you are running Windows 7, you "may" be able to use your CAC without the need of ActivClient.
